New clients: simply create a profile to make your appointment and we will contact you for the credit card number to confirm your initial appointment.

CANCELLATION:

24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that a cancellation fee may be charged if cancelled without this 24-hour notice. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the service.

CHECK IN & LATE ARRIVAL:

We ask that new clients check in 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the appropriate paperwork. Arriving later than your scheduled appointment time, will result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment with applicable charges. Please note that each division of Winterholme will have it’s own paperwork, meaning each new appointment type may require initial paperwork.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:

We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items and valuables are best left at home. During your treatment your body will be professionally draped and it is just your undergarments to remain on for your comfort. If you do not feel comfortable removing articles of clothing, with proper sheet draping, please ensure you wear comfortable loose clothing.

GRATUITIES:

Gratuities are appreciated, at your discretion. You can leave them directly with your esthetician or upon check out.
