THINGS TO REMEMBER WHEN MAKING ONLINE BOOKINGS:

  • Online bookings are considered pending once booked. In order to ensure the providers day runs correctly, the exact start time of your appointment may require an adjustment before being confirmed. Please be sure to check your acceptance email for your confirmed or modified appointment time.

  • A valid major credit card or visa debit is required to secure your appointment.

  • We require 24 hours notice to adjust or cancel your appointment to avoid any late cancellation fees.

For services and treatments NOT listed online, please call 709-739-7979 or email info@winterholme.com to book.

Once you have made an appointment online, you will be unable to edit or cancel it. Should you need to make any changes to your appointment, please give us a call at 709-739-7979 or email info@winterholme.com to avoid being charged a late cancelation or no-show fee.

CURRENT CLIENTS OF WINTERHOLME:

Please email info@winterholme.com for a password reset to allow you to log into your current profile with us and be able to book appointments online.

NEW CLIENTS TO WINTERHOLME:

Simply create a profile to make your appointment.

In order to confirm your first appointment, a valid major credit card is required to secure your reservation. Once you’ve made your first online booking please call us at 709-739-7979 with your credit card details. All subsequent online bookings will not require a phone call afterwards, unless you need to update your card information.


FIRST VISIT TO WINTERHOLME?

Please remember to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill our your intake form. Arriving early will ensure you do not lose any of your scheduled treatment time. You will be required to fill out a new intake form for each division of Winterholme (for example: spa, naturopathic medicine and psychology all have different intake forms).

During your initial appointment, there may be an assessment to decide your treatment plan. This assessment may only take a few minutes, or require more time depending on the reason for your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We require 24 hours notice to adjust or cancel your appointment to avoid any late cancellation fees.

NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATION:

If you miss your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a fee will apply.
