Hi, I'm Lauren Byrne. Mama, wife, volunteer comedian, a registered nurse and reiki practitioner.
I have over a decade of experience in the nursing field, primarily in emergency. I have a certification in emergency nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association and was the 2020 Ovation Award winner for leadership in Nursing from the RNUNL. While I'm extremely proud of the work I have done in those fields of nursing, in 2021 I decided to take the plunge and fulfill a passion for making people feel amazing and became a certified nurse injector.
In 2022 I took that passion in another direction and became a Reiki Practitioner. I'm committed to helping you look and feel your best, and I'm excited to be continuously expanding on that knowledge. Sometimes that means smoothing some wrinkles. Sometimes it means balancing your chakras. I got you either way! My favourite compliment is when people tell me they feel "refreshed". That in itself is the goal; not to change, but to enhance your own unique beauty and help you glow.
Jennifer Parsons, NP, Injector
Jennifer (she/her), worked as a registered nurse in Thoracic/General surgery at St. Clare’s before moving to the fast-paced Emergency Department at the Health Science Centre. In May 2023, Jennifer graduated with a Master's of Nursing Degree, specializing as a Nurse Practitioner in Family/All Ages. In October 2022, Jennifer completed the Botox and Filler injector course in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Upon completing the Botox and filler course, Jennifer's interest in aesthetics was ignited, leading her to become truly absorbed and eager for more knowledge in this field. It inspired a new passion within her, driving her to seek further expertise and exploration in aesthetics. She remains up to date on all current treatment options through her active participation in various courses, webinars, and training sessions. Beyond her thriving career, Jennifer finds joy in her personal life. She loves spending time with her 5-year-old son Nate, her amazing mother Sherrie, and two cats, Carl & Eddie
DYSPORT: $10/unit

Dysport is a neuromodulator that temporarily paralyzes an area of muscle to decrease the tension which in turn smooths the skin around it. Most common areas are forehead, glabella area (the 11's between the eyes) and crow's feet, also in the DAO muscles in the lower face that create a kind of permanent frown. Releasing them with injections always makes a huge difference. Dysport can also be injected into the masseters to help with TMJ and chronic headaches.

SkinPen MICRONEEDLING: $300

Microneedling is a procedure used to promote collagen production through the skin's own healing process. It helps with redness, acne, fine lines and wrinkles, scarring, and general congestion and brightness. There are three phases to the wound-repair process:

LIP FLIP: $70

It involves the injection of Botox into your Cupid’s bow, which is the middle of your upper lip, and between the Cupid's bow and the corners of your mouth. The injection temporarily relaxes the muscles around your lip. This causes the part of your upper lip that’s inside your mouth to “flip” upward and outward, giving your lip a fuller appearance. It also helps with smokers lines!
