We’ll start with a free call or meeting to review your health history and goals. Then, we’ll meet weekly for a 30-minute private sessions (in-person or via phone) where together we’ll work to uncover the habits and thoughts that keep getting in the way of you creating a healthy relationship with food and your body.

You’ll receive personalized follow-up notes and goals to work on in between each of our sessions. Plus, customized program materials – easy-to-understand nutrition knowledge, life tips (like… how to handle a business trip), done-for-you meal plans and recipes to help you incorporate sustainable changes. Your program will also include a personalized exercise plan designed with your current fitness level and goals in mind.

One-Time Custom Designed Fitness & Nutrition Plan

We’ll start with a 45-minute consultation. You and I will meet in-person, over the phone or via Zoom (a video conferencing service like Skype, but better!) to get to know each other and to gain an understanding of your lifestyle, and the nutrition and fitness needs that will be needed in transforming your health and your body.

After our initial meeting, you’ll be sent a personalized plan including meal plans, recipes, supplement recommendations, and an exercise plan including a weekly exercise schedule.

You will have unlimited e-mail access with me for 30 days post receipt of your customized plan. If additional support is needed during the initial 30 days or after, you can book a 30-minute power session.


A one-time 30-minute session to kick off your healthy lifestyle, address one specific issue or to follow up after you’ve completed one of my other program packages. Sometimes all you need is a little pick-me-up to get you back on track.

Courtney Rowsell, women’s health & fitness coach, author, speaker and is the founder of Love Yourself Lean Intl. For the past 16 years, Coach Courtney has been transforming the lives of women through her weekly fitness classes, one-on-one and group coaching programs and transformational workshops and seminars.

Courtney holds a B.A in Psychology from Memorial university of Newfoundland and a Masters in Women’s Studies from the University of Philadelphia. She is a IAWP Wellness Coach and professional member of the International Association of Wellness; an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Certified Meditation Teacher and has expertise in areas of holistic nutrition and yoga.

Let me be clear – I’m not a professionally trained chef. I am a self-taught home cook who loves food, healthy cooking, and wholesome entertaining. I especially enjoy helping guide people with food sensitivities in finding great alternatives so that they don’t have to feel deprived. So, whether you’re gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan or all of the above, I’ll take the challenge.

I love to eat with the seasons and incorporate local ingredients as much as possible. Previous cooking class menus have included gluten-free and grain-free granola, flour-less muffins, creamy coconut lentil soup, pesto chicken pasta, mom’s famous Sheppard’s pie and dairy-free cheesecake.
